South Eastern Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group is committed to the NHS Constitution which establishes the principles and values of the NHS in England. It sets out patient and staff rights and responsibilities. It protects the NHS and helps ensure we receive high-quality healthcare that is free for everyone.
The NHS Constitution brings together in one place details of what staff, patients and the public can expect from the National Health Service. It also explains what you can do to help support the NHS, help it work effectively, and help ensure that its resources are used responsibly.
More information is available on the NHS Choices website.
NHS South Eastern Hampshire CCG has its own constitution which sets out the arrangements made by which it will meet its responsibilities. It describes the governing principles, rules and procedures to ensure probity and accountability in the day to day running of the organisation.
